The 3D Ozone Lidar OD150 can achieve three-dimensional spatial detection of ozone. The system uses a solid-state laser as the light source and employs the differential absorption principle. It emits and receives 532nm visible light and 266nm ultraviolet laser. By utilizing the absorption differences of ozone at different wavelengths, it simultaneously eliminates the effects of atmospheric backscattering and extinction on ozone concentration detection, thereby inverting the ozone concentration profile along the measurement path.
